Warren Paul Curtis, 53, passed away on September 11, 2026, in Burleson, Texas. Warren was born April 1,1973 in Cleburne, Texas, to Roy Allen and Nancy Lee Curtis. Warren worked in the oil and gas industry as a pipeline welder and later got his CWI inspector license and hung up his hood for a laptop
If you knew Warren, or Warren G to some, and WC to others, you knew he was one of a kind. He was wild, hardworking, and never afraid to live life his own way. Warren was the kind of man who kept busy, worked hard, and always had something going on. And one thing you could guarantee—when you saw him, you were getting a “What up cuz?”
Warren loved being at the lake, big trucks, hauling cows, his dog Clyde, and anything that involved something he probably shouldn’t have been doing. He found joy in the simple things: being outdoors, working hard, having a good time, and making memories with the people around him.
He will be remembered for his wild spirit, hardworking nature, unmistakable personality, and the stories and memories he left behind. Warren lived life in his own way, and there is never going to be another quite like him.
Warren is preceded in death by his father, Roy Allen Curtis and his grandparents Ray “PEPAW” and Mary “Memaw” Curtis.
Warren is survived by his daughter, Raelei Curtis, of Cleburne who will carry his memory and the love they shared with her throughout the rest of her life.
Dad, you will be missed more than words can say, but you sure did leave us with some stories to tell. It’s all glass waters, big wakes, pimped out trucks, and cold Michelob from here.
