Walter Martin

Memorial service for Walter Lynn Martin, 69, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 22, 2023 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Visitation will be 1-2:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 22, 2023 prior to service.

Walter passed away March 18, 2023 in Cleburne. He was born April 21, 1953 in Dallas to Walter Allen and Gwendolyn Chowing Martin. He grew up in Crandall, Texas graduating high school in 1971. He graduated from Abilene Christian in 1975. Walter married Sherry Ann Senter on July 20, 1974 in Cleburne. He was a member of Westhill Church of Christ. Walter enjoyed watching his grandkids grow up and going to their events. He also loved spending time at his farm. He was a giver and enjoyed serving others.

Walter is survived by his wife Sherry Martin; daughters, Sara Hejl and husband, Luke and Rachel Price and husband, George; sister, Lisa Lehrmann and husband Mike and grandchildren, Cooper, Haley, Juliet and Layla and several nieces and nephews.
