Teresa Teaff

Service for Teresa Lee White Teaff, 64, of Grandview, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 11, 2023, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Pastor Neil Oliver will officiate. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M., Monday, July 10, 2023, at the funeral home. Graveside will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Merkel, Texas, on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. Honorary pallbearers will be Chad Greenslade, Billy Wiginton, Michael Waits, Alex Waits, John Harper, Jerry Perkins, Justin Martin, and Tommy Morris.

Teresa passed away Friday, July 7, 2023, in Fort Worth. She was born February 16, 1959, in Cleburne to Troy Wendell and Burnice Garviene (Darling) White. She married Larry Teaff on September 22, 2001 in Tye, Texas. They were married for 9 years before his passing on March 15, 2010. Teresa was a loving wife, mom, grandmother, daughter and friend. She was supportive of all her children’s sports and activities growing up and was an avid sports mom. She was a wonderful seamstress and loved to sew. This led her to being a store manager for various Hancock Fabric stores in Texas before spending 11 years with the City of Tye as a Utilities Clerk. Teresa will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her children, Melissa Wiginton and husband, Billy of Grandview, Heather Nelson and husband, Chris of Burleson, son, Chad Greenslade of The Colony; grandchildren, Owen Nelson, Brook Wiginton, and Joseph Wiginton.

Teresa was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Gary White; and husband, Larry Teaff.
