Steven Martin

Steven “Steve” Martin, 67, of Cleburne passed away October 13, 2022 in Cleburne, TX.

He was born March 30, 1955 in Cleburne, Texas to Arval Martin, Jr. and Annie “Ann” Grigsby Martin. Steve was raised in Cleburne and graduated from Cleburne High school in 1973. He worked for the BNSF Railroad most of his life. He enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors. Steve also loved his children and grandchildren dearly and made many great memories coaching them in softball and football. One thing about Steve that the family will always remember fondly is his unique Christmas gift ideas.

Survivors include daughter, Amy Castillo and her husband Anthony “JoJo” of Cleburne, TX and son, David Martin and his wife Terry of Amarillo, TX; three grandchildren Bekka and Erin Castillo and Julia Martin; Sisters, Sherry Ledbetter and Husband Robert of Cleburne and Kay Harris and husband Steve of Burleson and countless other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother and infant granddaughter, Brook Castillo.

A memorial service will be held at 2:30 PM, Saturday, October 22, 2022 at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home 512 North Ridgeway Drive Cleburne, TX 76033.
