Stanley Freem Seery, passed away on April 12, 2026, in Fort Worth, Texas. Born on December 18, 1953, in Camp Picket, Virginia, Stanley's life was marked by dedication, kindness, and an unwavering love for his family and faith.

Stanley was a remarkably friendly individual, known for his willingness to help others at every opportunity. His passion for aviation was evident throughout his life; he treasured anything related to airplanes, a love that blossomed into a remarkable career as both an airplane mechanic and pilot. He was a proud graduate of TCJC, where he earned his Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) mechanic license in 1975, and of Southwestern Adventist College, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Education in 1977. Stanley’s skills were as precise as they were admired.

His devotion extended beyond his profession into his spiritual life. A devoted member of his church, he served faithfully in various parts of the world, including Honduras, Guatemala, Botswana, Sarawak in Malaysia, and New Guinea. His seven years of missionary and service work stand as a testament to his deep commitment to his faith and his unyielding desire to serve others.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Larry and Jerrine Seery, as well as a host of aunts and uncles who helped shape his life. Stanley is survived by his wife, Susan Seery; his children, Loren Seery and his wife Karen, and Laura Seery; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Seery and Bryan Seery; his siblings, Kenneth Seery and Bethene McAlexander, and numerous nieces, nephews, and many other dear family members and friends.

Stanley leaves behind a legacy defined by love—for his family, his faith, and the skies he so deeply cherished. His presence will be sorely missed, yet his spirit will forever soar in the hearts of those who knew him.
