Roger "Bubba" Harris

Graveside service for Roger Franklin “Bubba” Harris, 62, of Grandview, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, September 12, 2022, in Venus Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, September 11, 2022, from 6:00-8:00 P.M., at the funeral home.

Bubba passed away Sunday, September 4, 2022, in Grandview. He was born June 10, 1960, in Cleburne to Franklin D. and Betty Joyce (Heald) Harris. He was known for his sweet smile, his love of ice cream, sweet tea and crazy socks. He loved farming with his Papa and Nanny, camping on the Brazos, fishing, fast carnival rides and trains! He was loved and adored by many. But closest to his heart was his Papa and Nanny, his sisters and his sweet Mama.

Bubba is survived by his sisters, Debra Howe and spouse, Allen of Bandera, Texas, DiAnn Riddles and spouse, Roddy of Godley; aunts, Betty Mears, and Lila Mitchell; numerous cousins, special friends, and caregivers.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty and Frank Harris; grandparents, Roger and Thelma Heald, Harvey Pope and Willie Mae Harris; aunts and uncles, Travis Heald, Edna and Ralph Allred, Corraine Heald, Tommy, Joe, and Doug Harris; Bea and John Peikoff; Donald Ray Mears; cousins, Warren and Vernon Allred, and Terry Heald.
