Service for Robyn Hoover Benson, 68, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, November 2, 2021, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel.

Robyn passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021, in Cleburne. She was born October 3, 1953, in Cleburne. Robyn was of the Christian faith. She was the owner and operator of a janitorial supply company. Robyn was fiercely loyal and an animal lover, especially cats and dogs. Her grandchildren called her “Nanny,” and being a Nanny was her greatest joy. Family meant everything to her. She enjoyed a good cup of coffee and a cigarette. Robyn had an independent streak and strong will throughout her life. She did things her own way and will be remembered with a smile and laughter, for generations.

Robyn is survived by her children, Ike Blanchette and wife, Shawna, Mary Sledge, Jake Blanchette and wife, Cortnie; grandchildren, Daniel Blanchette, Candace Rubeck, Lauren Chaney, Lana Chaney, Reagan Enriquez, Lane Brimer, Wren Blanchette, Britt Blanchette and Paislee Blanchette; nine great-grandchildren and one on the way; brother, David Hinkle and wife, Sherry; nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Fred P. and Mary Elizabeth Doty Fogarty, father, Glen Hoover and siblings, Alford Hoover, Rosemary Tomlinson and Elizabeth Hoover.
