Rita Mitchell

Rita Louise Kinner Mitchell, 74, of Cleburne, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2023 in Cleburne. She was born April 21, 1949 in Lubbock to Horace and Lettie Phillips Furlow She was a secretary for Comanche Peak Power Plant before her retirement.

Rita is survived by her son, Donovan Kinner and wife, Jamie of Cleburne; daughter, Devin Franks and husband, Derek of Burleson; grandchildren, Jerricha Greely and Atticus Franks and Geof Cowan; great-grandchild, Jerricho Greely, Jr, Alice Cowan and Chloe Cowen; siblings, Carletta Harrison and husband, Anthony of Fort Worth, Steven Smith of Cleburne and Ronald Kinner of Lubbock.

Rita is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Deidra Mitchell, grandson, Jerricho Greely, Sr.

Memorial service will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, January 6, 2023 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel.
