Randy "Paw Paw" "Kickback" Swann, born on March 6, 1962, in Alton, Illinois, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas. He will be remembered for his outgoing personality and outspoken nature, always keeping it real and never sugar-coating the truth. Randy had a heart of gold, always being there for whoever needed him. Characterized by his selflessness and willingness to give anyone the shirt off his back and never expecting anything in return. He loved fiercely, embracing every ounce of love for his family and friends.
As a loving father and adoring husband, Randy cherished his role in the lives of those closest to him. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Milisa "Shorty" Swann, and their beloved children: Kenny Milburn; Nolan Milburn and his wife Jordan; Bryan Milburn and his wife Kaydence; and daughter Christina Adams and her husband Cody. Randy took immense joy in his grandchildren: Elana Milburn, Riley Adams, Ariel Milburn, Roselynn Adams, Hazel Milburn, Xander Milburn, Addalynn Adams, and Emersyn Rayne Milburn, with whom he shared countless cherished moments.
In addition to his immediate family, Randy shared a profound connection with his adopted mother in spirit, Vicky, and his Gamblers MC family, which when he put his cut on he wore it with so much pride and respect and numerous other friends and family which he loved and respected for as well. He played the role of a great mentor to many, always ready to lend his wisdom or share a shot with.
Randy was preceded in death by his adopted father in spirit, Harold, his mother, Sally Ann Roan, his father, Ralph Wayne Swann, brother-in-law, Eugene McGrothers, and father-in-law, Ronnie Gipson.
Randy "Paw Paw" "Kickback" Swann's legacy of love, mentorship, and devotion will forever remain in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His spirit will continue to inspire and guide those he loved so dearly. His glowing eyes and his personality were one that will never be forgotten. The love he had for his wife was unspoken words. He was and always will be her ride or die.
