He was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Phillip Sparks is survived by his mother, Norma Sparks; sister, Phyllis "Lynn" Sparks, both of California; brothers, Patrick Sparks, of California and Paul Sparks, of Wichita Falls; friends, Jan Hannah and Debbie Northrop. He was preceded in death by his father, Leon Sparks.
Memorials may be made to the Phillip Sparks Memorial Fund.
