Graveside service for Pearl Rose Southam, 78, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, September 25, 2021, in Rosehill Cemetery.

Pearl passed away Friday, September 17, 2021, in Cleburne. She was born October 14, 1942, in Galena, Alaska. She married Bernard Southam on October 31, 1962, in San Antonio. Pearl served in the Women’s Army Corps in the Vietnam Era from 1962-1963. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Pearl was a caregiver and nanny for many years. Pearl was a private lady who spent many hours writing her memoirs. She was deeply spiritual and had a strong faith. Pearl enjoyed spending time in her garden. She will be greatly missed.

Pearl is survived by her children, Brent Southam and wife, Lei Crosier, Bernard Southam and wife Laura, and Bernardette Reynolds and husband, Kevin; grandchildren, Errane Southam and wife Jessica Collin Crosier, Madisson Pearce, Chase Pearce and wife Cindy, Joshua Rivera, Alexander Southam, and Addisyn Southam; great grandchildren, Adrian Collins, Gabriel Collins, Chase Pearce Jr., Maricela Pearce, Madalaine Pearce, Leonidas Southam, Maximus Southam; several siblings; nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends, including sister of the heart, Elizabeth Drahozal and husband, Wesley.

She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, and several siblings.
