Patricia Dozier

Graveside service for Patricia Dozier, 81, of Cleburne will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Monday, Jan. 6, 2014 in Rosehill Cemetery. Chaplain Eddy Carrell will officiate. Visitation will be from 3-5:00 P.M., Sunday, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Dozier passed away Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013 in Cleburne. She was born August 31, 1932 in Ardmore, Okla. to Edwin and Olga Kathryn McKain Phillips. She married William Dozier on May 20, 1950 in Carlsbad, N.M. and he preceded her in death on May 9, 2005.

Mrs. Dozier was a homemaker and worked as a childrens caregiver for many years in the Methodist Church for Mothers Day Out. She was also a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include her two daughters, Debbie Byrd of Cleburne and Mary Fichtner and husband Ty of Katy; four sons, Phil Dozier of Cleburne, Bill Dozier, Jr. and wife Jo of Colorado Springs, CO, Ed Dozier of Katy and John Dozier of Aurora, CO; 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; brother, Barry Phillips and wife Sharon of Odessa and sister, Vicki Davis and husband Dave of San Antonio. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a brother, George Phillips.
