Mary Williams

Service for Mary Williams, 74, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, October 1, 2021 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will follow at Greenacres Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Gary William, Jr., Justin William, Gary Williams III, Dylan Williams, Parker Williams and Hoyt Williams. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Thursday, September 30, 2021 at the funeral home.

Mary passed away September 26, 2021 in Cleburne. She was born December 29, 1946 in Fort Worth. Mary married Gary Waylon Williams on June 16, 1966 in Cleburne. Before retiring she worked at Walls Industry in Cleburne.

Mary was a wonderfully devoted Mother and Grandmother. She cherished all her boys so much. Mary never missed an opportunity to watch her boys play sports; she loved to support them in everything they did. Her favorite sport was basketball, a love she shared with her family, and enjoyed watching the Dallas Mavericks play. A favorite pastime of Mary’s was to go on cruises with her family and friends, to her it was the best way to travel and relax. If you knew Mary, you knew love. She loved her family and friends deeply. Our lives were simply better because we had Mary.

Mary is survived by her sons, Gary Williams, Jr. and wife Claudia of Cleburne, Justin Williams and wife Chantell of McCall, Idaho; grandchildren, Will, Dylan, Parker and Hoyt; sister-in-law, Scarlot Jones; nephews, Reggie Jones, Rebel Jones, Roman Jones and Ryan Jones and niece Rachael Wickery.
