A graveside service for Lois M. Francis, 90, of Cleburne will take place on at 10:00 AM Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Sand Flat Cemetery, located at Farm to Market 4 and County Road 417, Cleburne, TX 76031.Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home, located at 512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033.

Lois M. Francis, passed away on September 21, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas, at the age of 90. Born on April 23, 1935, in Florence, Texas, Lois led a life enriched by her deep faith and unwavering love for her family and friends.

Lois was known for her commitment to her faith, dedicating her life to serving the Lord and exemplifying kindness and compassion to all who crossed her path. She cherished the simple joys of life, often found tending to her garden, where her green thumb brought forth blooms that were as vibrant as her spirit.

An avid enthusiast of crosswords and games, Lois took delight in the challenges of Yahtzee and various board games, savoring the laughter and camaraderie brought by friendly competition. Her sharp mind and playful nature endeared her to those around her, making her a treasured companion in both leisure and learning. Additionally, she was regarded as a soap opera savant, known for her keen insight into the evolving narratives of her favorite shows, often sharing her thoughts and predictions with close friends and family.

Lois will be remembered for her warm heart, infectious laughter, and the genuine love she shared with everyone she encountered. She leaves a legacy of compassion and joy that will continue to inspire.

Lois is preceded in death by her husband, William D. Francis; parents, Mary and Albert Williams, sons, Billy Worthey and Phillip Worthey and 12 siblings.

Lois is survived by her sons, Roy Worthey, Wayne Worthey and wife Donalyn; grandchildren, Crystal, Brandi, Jessica, Jackie, Mary Nathan and Matthew; lifelong friends, Charlie and Judy and a host of other friends and relatives.

Lois M. Francis will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
