Born on February 22, 1945, in Roswell, New Mexico, to Euel and Mildred (Perry) Finch. Larry lived a life rich in passion and dedication. He served honorably in the US Army National Guard, showcasing his commitment to service and community.

Larry’s career as a truck driver was not just a profession but a testament to his love for travel and exploration. He enjoyed traversing the highways of America, often sharing stories of his adventures on the road. Larry was particularly fond of NASCAR and could captivate anyone with his extensive knowledge of all things car-related. His enthusiasm for cars extended beyond racing; he relished every moment spent RV'ing, exploring new places, and forging memories with loved ones. A dedicated fan of the Dallas Cowboys, he carried his team’s spirit with pride.

Larry's faith was also an integral part of his life. He was a proud member of Bethel Temple Church Cleburne, where he fostered community connections and found fellowship among friends.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Euel and Mildred Finch, along with his brothers Glenn Finch and Lindell Finch, and his sister Marsha Collum.

He is survived by his beloved spouse of 49 years, Janet Sue (Gann) Finch, and his daughter, Julie Hodges, who shares her life with her husband, Tim. Larry was a cherished grandfather to Taylor Hodges and Chelsie Henderson, and husband, Conrad, and he took immense joy in his great-grandchildren, Corbin and Camilla Henderson. He is also survived by his sisters, Denise Lind and her husband Bret, Colinda Storms and her husband Dennis, Sheila Anderson and her husband Terry, as well as his brothers, Bob Finch and his wife Aria, Gary Finch and his wife Terri, along with a host of other relatives and friends who will deeply miss him.
