Keith Hallock

Keith Richard Hallock, 94, of Keene, passed away Monday, May 16, 2022, in Burleson. He was born July 25, 1927, in Riverside, California. He married Patricia Ruth French on June 1, 1952, in San Antonio, Texas. He served in the United States Navy during WWII. Keith was a member of Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church. He was a speech therapist and professor and retired from Texas State TCHR Teacher’s Union. Keith was a life member of National Speech, Language, and Hearing Association. He was a sweet natured man who loved animals and fed all the wildlife and stray pets of all kinds. Keith was family oriented and had a passion for genealogy. He enjoyed traveling worldwide both in the Navy and throughout his lifetime including numerous cruises with his wife and daughter. His love for art auctions will be remembered for years to come.

Keith is survived by his wife, Pat Hallock; son, Dr. Keith Hallock; daughter, Skye Fisher and husband, Jeff; grandchildren, Amber Fuentes and husband, Abner, Vanessa Yvonne Fisher and husband, Scott Harris; great-grandchildren, Keanne, Aiden, Austin, Ava, Anthony, and Audrey.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Elias Hallock; and mother and stepfather, Gladys Irene Gorman and Stanley Miller.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment will be at Mission Park North Cemetery in San Antonio.
