Johnnie Baker

A memorial service for Johnnie Ruth Baker, 75, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Sunday, August 15, 2021, under the Pavilion at Baker-Lain Cemetery.

Johnnie passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021, in Cleburne. She was born on April 26, 1946, to Lewis Edward and Bessie McDonald Baker. Johnnie was a sweet spirit who expressed herself best through her artwork. She particularly enjoyed drawing and painting.

Johnnie is survived by her children, Tammy Schray of Cleburne, Rodney Rowlett and Paula of Cleburne, Michael Rowlett and Jennifer of Vine Grove, Kentucky; brother, Waymon Baker and Marilyn of Cleburne; thirteen grandchildren, Karrie, Jimmy Joe, Trey, Jessica, Aaron, Lori, Mindy, Amber, Michael, Russell, Stephani, Matthew, and Michelle; 15 great-grandchildren, along with a host of relatives and friends.

Johnnie is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Paul Baker; son, Lee Roy Rowlett; and grandson, Ryan Rowlett.
