A Celebration of Life for Jennifer Leanna Matthews, 35, of Cleburne, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, January 6, 2024, at The Space, 208 S. Main Street, Cleburne.

Jennifer went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, November 13, 2023. She was born October 14, 1988 to Deborah Matthews of Cleburne and Cary Matthews of New Braunfels. Jennifer graduated from Cleburne High School in 2007 and from Texas State University in 2012. She was employed by Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union. Jennifer loved spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring new places, enjoying nature, music, reading, and her fur babies, Fuzzygirl and Lyla.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, W.C. and Frances Matthews, and Don and Claudine Kitts; two uncles, Don Matthews and Jerry Matthews.

Jennifer is survived by her mother, Deborah Matthews of Cleburne; brother Jay (Amber) Matthews and niece, Emily Matthews all of Burleson; her father, Cary (Marla) Matthews of New Braunfels; and brother, Brandt (Traci) Matthews; and sister, Marie Matthews of Houston; sisters at heart, Denise MacDonald of Los Angeles, CA., Karina Alvarado of Uhland, TX, and Julia Evans-Untermeyer of Marble Falls, TX; many additional aunts, uncles, cousins and longtime friends.
