Jackie Seward

Jackie R. Seward, 79, of Whitney passed away October 9, 2022 in Whitney. She was born January 5, 1943 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Herschel “Bud” N. and Veronica “Ronnie” Aleen Elliott Wayman. Jackie married Dale Wesley Seward on February 27, 1994 in Parsons, Kansas. Jackie was adamant about living a healthy lifestyle. She was truly a fighter and overcame many obstacles throughout her lifetime. She was an avid country music fan and reader, especially of historical accounts. Her bubbly personality flowed over in all she did. She loved people and easily made friends. Jackie’s faith was strong. She was active in her church as long as she was able. Her love of life and outgoing nature will be missed greatly

Jackie is survived by her husband, Dale Seward; son, Robert R. Koontz; grandchildren, James Gale, Tasha Valencia and her husband, Derek; great grandchildren, Siggy and Damian; siblings, Jo Ellen and Michael; several nieces, nephews and host of other relatives and friends.
