Jackie Lynn Sears

Graveside service for Jackie Lynn Sears, 71, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, June 20, 2024 in Sand Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at the funeral home.

 Jackie passed away Friday, June 14, 2024 in Fort Worth. He was born May 31, 1953 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Barnett O.Z. and Vallie Mae (Camp) Sears. Jackie married Arlene Brand on April 10 1973 in Cleburne. Jackie enjoyed woodworking, fishing, camping, and motorcycles. He also built cars for racing and loved going to the drag races. Jackie had a great sense of humor and was always ready to forgive.

 Jackie is survived by his wife, Mildred Arlene Sears; son, Tony Sears; daughter, Amber Sears (Dagan); sisters, Melba Erwin, Beverly Doggett (Danny), Linda Cryer (Kevin), Peggy Reeder (Ron); brothers, Lonnie Sears (Pearlene), Leo Sears (Margaret); brothers-in-law, Glenn Brand, Roy Brand; cousin, Darrell Prescher, Ricky Prescher, Keith Prescher; 9 grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

 Jackie is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Keith Sears, Johnny Sears and sister, Lorene Howard.
