Humberto Hurtado

Funeral Mass for Humberto Perez Hurtado, 51, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, June 22, 2023, in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 21, 2023 with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers are Jorge Hurtado, Anthony Hurtado, Alejandro Hurtado, Roberto Solis, Bryan Solis, and Homero Hurtado.

Humberto passed away Friday, June 16, 2023, in Fort Worth. He was born May 29, 1972 in Mexico to Amador and Maria (Perez) Hurtado. Humberto was of the Catholic faith. He married Maria de Jesus Salaises in 1988 in Mexico. Humberto worked in the construction industry. He was a hardworking man that seemed to never stop working. Humberto adored his wife and enjoyed giving her a hard time. He was quite a jokester and loved to laugh. His grandson was his biggest joy. Humberto will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his parents; sons and their spouses, Jorge Hurtado and Vanessa, Anthony Hurtado and Andrew Anderson, Alejandro Hurtado; grandson, Elias Hurtado; siblings, Teodoro, Cesilia, Celia, Marcela, Linda, Clarivel, Yvette, Juan, Homero, Leonel, and Jose Luis Hurtado; numerous nieces, nephews and host of other relatives and friends.

Humberto was preceded in death by his wife, Maria who passed away August 1, 2020; daughter, Brenda Hurtado; sister, Felipa Hurtado; and an infant brother.
