Helen Joyce (Barker) White,89, of Cleburne Texas, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2025, in Cleburne, Texas. Born on March 12, 1936, in Corsicana, Helen leaves behind a legacy that will be cherished by those who knew her.

Helen was a dedicated professional, known for her significant contributions to the fields of communications and technology. Her career spanned prestigious organizations such as Collins Radio, United Technology, Texas Instruments, and Watkins-Johnson Company. Through her work, she demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation and excellence.

Helen married her truest love, Bobby Jean White in 1973 and relocated to California where she made her home in several different cities within Southern and Northern California. They returned to Texas in 2007. Her hobbies included traveling the US and other countries, such as Europe, Canada and Mexico. She and Bobby were members of the Bay Area “Golden Gater's, Alpha Gold RV Club". She was a lifetime member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, Post 6872, Crowley, TX. She volunteered many hours at the Fort Worth VA clinic where she loved serving the Veterans. After her husband's passing in 2014, she resided with her daughter, Stacy, for the next eleven years. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. However, she gets to be with our Lord Jesus, and other family and friends that she has missed for so many years.

Helen is preceded in death by her first husband and high school sweetheart, Loyd Rae Britton; her true love, second husband Bobby Jean White; her son, Scott Anthony Britton; her parents, Othal Ellis Barker and Helen "June" Allen; her sisters, Anna Ruth Middleton and RoseMary Taylor.

She is survived by her daughters, Sherry Rae Britton and Stacy Lynn Britton; grandchildren, Sharleen Rebecca Britton, Zachary Adam Britton, and Blake Andrew Graves; her great-grandchildren, Sofie, Gracie, and Madilyn; her niece, Amy Bjork, and nephews, John A. Bjork, Mark and Matthew.

As we reflect on Helen's journey through life, we honor her contributions both professionally and personally, and we cherish the indelible impact she has left on her family and friends. She will be deeply missed and warmly remembered.
