Garviene White

Graveside service for Garviene White, 89, of Cleburne will be conducted at 3:00 P.M., Thursday, February 9, 2023 in Cleburne Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at the funeral home. Pallbearer will be Chad Greenslade, Billy Wiginton, Michael Waits, Alex Waits, John Harper and Justin Martin.

Garviene passed away February 4, 2023. She was born May 28, 1933 in Amarillo to Terrell O. and Carrie R. McCaig Darling. Garviene married Wendell White on August 29, 1953. Garviene loved to bake and loved Henderson Street Baptist Church where she was a member. Her family was her greatest love.

Garviene is survived by daughter, Teresa Teaff of Grandview; grandchildren, Chad Greenslade of Celina, Melissa Wiginton and husband Billy of Grandview, Heather Nelson and husband Chris of Burleson; great-grandchildren, Owen Nelson, Brook Wiginton, and Joseph Wiginton.

Garviene is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wendell; son, Gary and sister Patsy Waits.
