Fredda Johnson

Service for Fredda James Johnson, 91, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 5, 2014 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend Lelton James will officiate. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ken Baker, Doye Baker, Jr., Devin Johnson, Jon Nelson, Loyd Hopson, Will Pinner, John Petty, and Steven Davis. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Tuesday, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Johnson passed away Monday, February 3, 2014 in Whitney. She was born June 20, 1922 in Johnson County to Jackson W. and Maggie Fitzgerald James. She married Lecil Johnson on January 14, 1939 in Cleburne and he preceded her in death on January 31, 2006.

Mrs. Johnson was a homemaker and a member of Lone Willow Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Vernon Johnson and wife Bonnie of Joshua and Dennis Johnson and wife Ruby of Cleburne; two daughters, Lynda Kay Prnka and husband Leonard of Durango and Glenda Dunn and husband Ricky of Robinson; 11 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents; and twelve brothers and sisters.
