Graveside service for Everett Jay Mullins, 73, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, October 27, 2022, in Greenacres Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at the funeral home.

Everett passed away Thursday, October 20, 2022, in Cleburne. He was born June 30, 1949 in Cleburne to Jack and Joseph “Babe” Evans (Brown) Mullins. Everett married Patricia Ann Culbert on June 30, 1976, in Mansfield, Texas. He was of the Pentecostal faith. Everett worked as a truckdriver as well as a security guard for several years. He was a jokester and loved to laugh. Everett enjoyed crossword puzzles, coloring and driving. He had a carefree spirit and was one of a kind. Everett was a strong-willed man that enjoyed family gatherings. He will be missed greatly.

Everett is survived by his stepdaughters, Rene Barlow and Darla Pearce; grandson, Noah Barlow; siblings, Jackie Styron, Edna Wright, Gary Mullins, and Terry Mullins; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
