Eldon Roberts

Private memorial gathering and inurnment for Eldon Roberts, 78, of Cleburne, will be held at a later date in the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Eldon passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 in Cleburne. He was born to Rube and Vannie Roberts on July 21, 1945 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Eldon was a member of St. John The Baptist Catholic Church in Edmund, Oklahoma. He owned and operated Sparkle Pools & Spas Service in Oklahoma City for 35 years. Eldon has been described as being a gentle soul. He was a caring, sensitive and a loving man who enjoyed spending time gardening, fishing and traveling the United States. Family gatherings and events such as weddings, birthdays and reunions brought him great joy. Eldon’s loving nature and accepting spirit will be missed greatly. He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, Johnny Roberts and Gene Roberts; and 4 sisters, Kay Herring, Laura Trumbly, Livinnia Elliott, and Ruby Mills.

Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews of several generations as well as other loved ones and friends.
