Edward Klenow

A Graveside Service for Edward Fritz Klenow, 80, of Joshua, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Monday, October 10, 2022, in Hopewell Cemetery, Joshua. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Sunday October 09, 2022 at the funeral home.

Edward Fritz Klenow was born on June 17, 1942, in Gilboa, New York to Fritz and Dorothy Klenow. Edward wore many hats, as he worked for the State of New York, CASE, and Precinct 4 for Johnson County, and his favorite pastime was being a farmer & rancher. He was a strong-willed man, who had no obstacle he couldn’t overcome. Cattle and dogs brought him countless hours of enjoyment. Cutting and baling hay as well as taking his drives were some of his favorite activities. He was of the Baptist faith.

Edward is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Leslie and Marty Periera; his beloved dog, Star and several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends, which include, Delilah Ball, Sandra Carlock and James Neeley, who were more like family. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Dorothy and Eliza and beloved dog, Buddy.
