Don Reynolds

A celebration of life service for Don Wesley "Pops" Reynolds, 60, of Cleburne, will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at the Bella Woods Wedding & Event Center located at 1888 N. 9th Street, Midlothian, Texas 76065. Sharon King will officiate.

Don passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2023 in Cleburne. He was born December 29, 1962 in Dallas. He worked as a driver for over 6 years with AMS Excavating and was of Christian faith. Don married Samantha Marie "Sam" Holliday on April 24, 2021 in Whitney, Texas. It has been said that Pops was the party, not just the life of the party. He left a mark on those around him through his sense of adventure, spontaneity, joyful spirit or endless knowledge shared. People truly gravitated to him and his happy demeanor. Don enjoyed socializing, fishing, camping and working in the yard. His love of life, strong will and independent streak will all be missed greatly by those closest to him. He was preceded in death by his mother and step father, Wanda Mae Redden and Harold Redden; step mother, Dottie Reynolds; and sister, Vicki O'Grady.

Survivors include his wife and best friend, Sam Reynolds; children, Vanessa Reynolds, Jessica May and her husband, Ryan, Jimmy McNatt, and Alyssa McNatt; grandchildren, Ricky, Raine, Brody, Grayson, and Emory; father, Donald Ray Reynolds; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
