Debra Decker

Graveside service for Debra Ann Decker, 64, of Grandview, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, May 28, 2022, in Grandview Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M., Friday, May 27, 2022, at the funeral home.

Debra Ann Decker (Deb-Deb) was born July 29, 1957, in Cleburne, Texas to Steve and Frances (Walraven) Decker. Debbie was incredibly spoiled, being an only child. She attended and graduated from Grandview High School, being an Almighty Zebra.

Debbie began working for the Johnson County Tax Office in Cleburne, Texas in 1978, and happily retired in December of 2020. A valuable asset, she greeted everyone with a big smile, and enjoyed seeing many previous customer/friends around the city. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Grandview. She attended Hill Jr. College after High School graduation. Debbie was a friend to all and loved her family so much. She doted on her Godchildren, Jobie (Reeves) Holliday, Brexton and Maysn. In her words, they made her world a better place.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Steve and Frances Decker, grandparents, Clyde and Datie Walraven, and Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Decker.

She is survived by her Cousins, Mary Helen Ferguson, and family, Delaine and Jeff, Jake and Walker Rott, Kellie and Travis, and Dakota Holder, Maxine Martin and family, Theresa Ingle, Gwen Martin, Jamie and Kevin Rollins, Jobie and Aaron Holliday, Brexton and Maysn, Susie Martin and family, Andrea, John Wesley and Keeley and family, Tyler and Stacy, and family, Stacy and Scott Mitchell and family, Walraven cousins and numerous friends.
