David Adrian Valderas, born on April 25, 1980, in Fort Worth, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2026, in Cleburne. He was a man marked by a dry sense of humor, a calming presence, and an enduring patience that touched everyone who knew him.
David was known for his laid-back nature and an overly generous spirit that always put others before himself. His warmth and ability to get along with everyone made him a cherished companion and colleague. At Cook’s Children’s Hospital, he was highly regarded and well-liked by all who worked alongside him.
From a young age, David showed a creative spark, especially through his love of drawing. This gentle soul had a quiet way of communicating, often barely getting his point across, yet his sincerity was unmistakable to those who cared to listen. He was also an avid fan of anime, video games, and movies, interests that brought him joy and connected him to friends who shared his passions.
David was preceded in death by his father, Esteban Valderas, and grandfather, Juan Molina.
He is survived by his children, Aidan and Ethan Valderas; parents, Susana Castro & her husband Antonio; siblings, Joel Castro, Michael Castro, and Cristal Hall; grandmother, Juanita Molina, and nephews, Lucas and Isaiah Hall.
David Adrian Valderas will be remembered with great respect and affection by family, friends, and all who had the privilege of sharing in his life.
