He is survived by his daughter Katie Sparks and husband Joseph; grandchildren Mackenzie Sparks and Troy Sparks; siblings Chris Curtis and Melaney Reagor; two nieces and a host of other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, siblings Jesse Dewitt Curtis Jr., Vicky Morford, and Marion Dale Curtis.
