Dale Ray Adams

Private services will be held at a later date for Dale Ray Adams, 80, of Alvarado. 

Dale passed away Friday, March 8, 2024, in Burleson. He was born April 15, 1943 in Fort Worth, Texas to Edwin and Bill (Marr) Adams. Dale married Brenda Maines in 1974 in Fort Worth. He was of the Christian faith. Dale worked as a maintenance engineer in the Industrial field. He was strong willed with an independent streak. Dale was a social individual that was rarely idle and took joy in sharing his wisdom with others. He was an avid reader of western novels and anything pertaining to history. Dale enjoyed being outdoors, especially gardening and traveling worldwide. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

He is survived by his children, Rhonda Gann, Mario Adams, Tony Adams and wife Tanisha, and Chad Adams and wife Amy; nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Bill Adams; wife, Brenda Adams; and siblings, Cathlene, George, James, Roy J., and Donald Gene.
