Charles Rodrick "Rod" Stewart, born on May 20, 1961, in Mansfield, Louisiana, passed away on June 14, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas. Rod was a remarkable individual known for his strong sense of independence and his passionate engagement with the world around him.

Throughout his life, Rod had a diverse array of interests that truly defined him. He enjoyed collecting various items, each reflecting his unique personality and taste. His generous spirit was woven into the fabric of his being; Rod was always willing to lend a helping hand to others, embodying the essence of kindness and support.

A man of strong opinions, Rod was never one to shy away from expressing his thoughts on any subject. His spirited conversations often encouraged those around him to think deeply and engage openly with diverse perspectives. Rod is preceded in death by his parents Troy Lynn and Lady Inez (Foshee) Stewart and niece, Melanie Stewart.

Rod is survived by his brothers, Clifford Lynn Stewart and wife Carrie and Mitchell Alan Stewart and wife Janice; nieces and nephews, Curtis, Catherine, Casey, Mitchell, Troy, Whitney and Courtney; and by a host of other relatives and friends,

Rod Stewart's legacy will be cherished by all who had the privilege to know him. His life was a testament to the richness of human connection and the joy of pursuing one’s passions with fervor and commitment. He will be remembered fondly and missed dearly by friends and acquaintances alike.
