Charles passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2021, in Cleburne. He was born June 3, 1927, in Johnson County, Texas to James Monroe Russell and Hallie Alma (Masters) Russell. Charles married Mary Janet Brock on July 29, 1949, in Cleburne. She passed away on November 23, 2015. Charles loved farming, ranching and was the owner and operator of A-1 Water Well Repair.
He is survived by his son, Dale Russell and daughter-in-law, Karen Russell, grandchildren, Emily, Courtney and Corey; great-grandchildren, Hailey, Breeona, William, and Cora.
