Carolyn Meador

Services for Carolyn Joann Proctor Meador, 80, of Granbury will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Friday, December 3, 2021, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Chaplain Eddy Carrell will officiate. Burial to follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7:00 P.M., Thursday, December 2, 2021, at the funeral home.

Carolyn passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021, in Fort Worth. She was born December 23, 1940, in Bee Branch, Arkansas to Roscoe Proctor and Laverne Roberts Proctor. Carolyn married James Albert Meador on December 9, 1957, in Greenville , Mississippi. She worked as an Electronic Assembler for over 7 years.

Carolyn is survived by her husband of 63 years, Jim Meador of Granbury; children, Julia Ann Lanford and husband, Don of Joshua, Ken Meador and wife, Sharon of Paluxy; 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Kay Holland, and Faye Cauley.
