Carol Glass

Graveside service for Carol Glass, 66, of Grandview, will be conducted at 10:30 A.M. Monday, June 9, 2014 in Greenacres Memorial Park. Chaplain Nancy Schneider will officiate. Visitation will be from 3-5:00 P.M., Sunday, at the funeral home.

Carol Glass passed away Thursday, June 5, 2014 in Cleburne. She was born July 14, 1947 in Corsicana to Jessie Daniel and Ellen Ridlehuber Ratliff. She married William “Bill” Edmond Glass on March 13, 1992 in Cleburne and he preceded her in death on October 24, 2009.

Mrs. Glass was a cafeteria manager for Cleburne ISD. She was an avid fisherman and camper and loved her outings to Wal-Mart.

Survivors include her four children, Cheryl St. Germaine and husband Calvert Avants of Cleburne, Tommy Ratliff of Oregon, Justin Glass and wife Courtney of Cleburne and Angela Dasse and husband Duane of Victor, Idaho; sister, Diane Reed and husband Ronnie of Whitney; 10 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents.
