A funeral service for Carmen Cardiel, 73, of Cleburne will be held at 10:00 A.M, Tuesday, August 12, 2025 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel at 512 North Ridgeway, Cleburne Texas. Interment will follow in Rosehill Cemetery in Cleburne. A visitation will be held 6-8:00 P.M., Monday, August 11, 2025

Carmen Cardiel, born on May 7, 1952, in Durango, Mexico, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2025, in Keene, Texas. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and resilience that will be cherished by her family and many friends.

Carmen is survived by her daughters, Martha Torres, Irma Hernandez, and Linda Ortega; grandchildren, Robert Torres, Jr., Antonio Torres, Joshua Torres, Oscar Torres, Mario Becerril, Cyndi Becerril, Rebecca Garcia, Serenity Salas, Jose Hernandez, Michael Hernandez, Juan Hernandez, Jr., and Katie Velasquez, Adan Ramirez; siblings, Santos Cardiel, Raul Cardiel, Augustin Cardiel, Eduvigues Cardiel and Veronica Cardiel.

Carmen was preceded in death by her daughter, Juanita Salas; sisters, Jesusita Cardiel Rios and Maria Cardiel Rios, as well as her brother, Fernando Cardiel.
