Service for Bettie Trussell, 88, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, August 21, 2021 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation 6-8:00 P.M., Friday, August 20, 2021 at the funeral home.

Bettie passed away August 14, 2021 in Fort Worth. She was born August 4, 1933 in Rio Vista to Eugene Loyse and Edna Estelle Basye Dodson. Bettie married Charles Dearl Trussell on May 29, 1948 in Glen Rose. She was the owner of Betties Antiques.

Bettie is survived by her sons who she loved immensely, Robert Trussell, Charles Trussell and wife Kerry, David Trussell, Jimmy Trussell and Kate, Dwayne Trussell and wife Heather, Robbie Trussell and wife Dreama; 13 grandchildren; multiple great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; brother Eugene Dodson and sister Sandra Dodson.

Bettie is preceded in death by her parents; husband, C.D. Trussell; son, Michael Trussell; sisters, Loraine and Rita.
