Barry DeWeese

A Celebration of Life for Barry Kent DeWeese, 55, of Cleburne, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 5, 2022, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel.

Barry passed away Saturday, September 17, 2022, in North Richland Hills. He was born January 16, 1967, in Hico , Texas. Barry worked as a peanut farmer for Olan Hicks Farm. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Barry was a free spirit. He spent countless hours hunting and fishing. You always knew where you stood with Barry and what was on his mind. Barry was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He enjoyed searching for arrowheads and had an extensive collection. He will be remembered for his strong will and independent nature.

Barry is survived by his father and stepmother, Jimmy and Betty DeWeese; siblings, Dana Sellers, Tammy DeWeese and wife, Becky, Cody Denton and wife, Amanda, and Angie Mareno; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded by his mother, Judy Denton and one great nephew.
