Ariel Gillaspie

Service for Ariel Gillaspie, 30, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, February 26, 2022, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Chaplain Eddy Carrell will officiate. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M., Friday, February 25, 2022, at the Funeral Home.

Ariel passed away Saturday, February 19, 2022, in Fort Worth. She was born June 13, 1991, in Cleburne to Dan Lee and Mary Melissa (Hernandez) Hasty. Ariel married Justin Gillaspie on March 20, 2009, in Cleburne. She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. Ariel had a strong will and independent streak. She was outgoing and adventurous. Ariel had a love for animals, plants, and fishing. She was creative in so many ways especially when it came to crafting. Ariel’s family was the center of her world. She took great pride in being the best mother and wife possible. Ariel also enjoyed baking and she was known for her cookies and muffins. She will be missed greatly.

Ariel is survived by her husband, Justin Gillaspie; children, Samantha, Braden, Olivia and Justin, Jr., Gillaspie; mother, Melissa Hasty; grandparents, Armando and Martina Hernandez, and Sharon Hasty; siblings, Amber Jones and Allison Hasty; nieces and nephews, Wyatt, Walker, Damian, Jeramiah, Caleb, Emmitt, Colton, and Taylor; parents-in-law, Brad and Jan Vines, and Mike and Vicki Sanders; brother-in-law, Jeramy Sanders and wife, Melissa; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father; grandfather, Johnny Hasty; and uncle, Gene Pack.
