Annette Kirkland, 70, of Keene passed away Friday, February 20, 2015 in Glen Rose. She was born April 3, 1944 in Cleburne to J.K. and Thelma Bessie Hutchison Steele and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her mother, Thelma Steele; son, Richard Kirkland; grandson, Duane Nelson and sister, Mary Lou Bingham. She was preceded by her father, J.K. Steele; husband, B.A. (Spud) Kirkland; daughter, Angela Elliott; and brother, Buzzy Steele.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
