My condolences to the Webb family for the loss of Dorothy. I had the privilege of working with Dorothy in the District Clerk’s Office several years. Dorothy was a pleasure to work with and never met a stranger. She always made you feel welcome. Dorothy will always hold a special place in my heart as she gave me the nick name of “Artillery”. Rest In Peace sweet friend.

Sincerely,
Artrie Allen & Family
