Private service for Carol Vonita Weaver, 87, of Itasca will be conducted 11 00 A.M. Tuesday, April 21, 2020 in the Crosier- Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery. Open visitation 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M., Monday, April 20, 2020 at the funeral home.

Carol Vonita Weaver passed away Friday, April 17, 2020 in Itasca. She was born February 11, 1933 in Grandview to Carl Egbert and Delta E. (Ipock) Moore.

Carol is survived by her son, Tommy Weaver of Itasca; grandchildren Mark Weaver, Michael Weaver, Ashley Weaver and Aimee Taner; 9 great- grand children; 3 nephews and 1 niece.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents, CE and Delta Moore; husband, Lloyd Weaver; son, Jim Weaver; daughter-in-law, Rebecca Adale Weaver and sister, Wanda Turner.

Tommy and family, we are so sorry to hear about our long time friend Carol. Over the many years, we discussed many times taking a drive and visiting...but never did. I'm sorry we didn't do that. I believe there may be a Polyanna game with the dice rattling in the cups with all of her loved ones that went before her waiting to play another game. Until reading the obituary, we didn't know about Becky passing. Our love goes out to all of you. Prayers for comfort and peace. Love you all. Denise and Mark Jones and Jo Martin
